Angel Food Ministries Host-site at South
Nassau Christian Church
Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational food program dedicated
to providing food assistance to families throughout the United States. Angel Food was founded on the principal of helping
out a neighbor in a time of need. Through its host-site at South Nassau Christian Church Angel Food provides boxes
of food consisting of high quality items at a substantial savings. Every month, Angel Food creates a wonderful menu
that consists of both fresh and frozen food items. Because of Angel Foods buying power, low overhead , and non-profit
status , Angel Food is able to sell that box of food directly to you for just $30.00! Angel Food has no qualifiers on
who can participate. The program is open to all.
Orders for Angel Food Boxes can be made on-line at http://angelfoodministries.com or on-site at South Nassau Christian Church Wednesday 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday 10:30 AM to
12:30 PM and Saturday 12:30PM to 2:30 PM. Please call for an appointment. We
accept cash, money orders, food stamps, credit cards and debit cards. We do-not accept personal checks. All orders made using
food stamps must be done on-site. Any order not picked up by 3PM on distribution day will be donated. Please contact the Church at 516-379-0720 for order
deadline date and food distribution date.
